Is a prescription required?
Yes, just like at your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for all medications. The prescription must be from a licensed physician in your area of residence. Please email or upload your original prescription, and ensure your order number is included on the prescription.

Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?
Yes, you can buy a maximum 3-month supply of each medication with a valid prescription. Refills can be processed as they become due.

Is there a maximum discount amount for coupons used on checkout?

What if I find a lower price elsewhere?

How long will it take to get my order?
